My name is Emily and I have been​ an illustrating artist​, graphic designer and avid crafter ​for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed illustration ​and it runs in the family: my grandfather, uncle and mum all paint and are creative in their own different ways. Whether it be pen and paint artworks, abstract art or computer illustrations, I just love to draw and create and I also welcome the challenge of trying out new styles. I was brought up in an Oxfordshire village and studied graphic design and art for 4 years at a college in Oxford. This was the start of my real passion for creativity and illustration. Over many years of creating and selling different styles of artworks, such as zentangle and digital watercolours, pop-art style acrylics and simple pencil sketched portraits, I have learnt lots of skills. I now live in a tiny village in the North of Oxfordshire with my daughter and husband and this is where I create and draw in my log cabin studio, which is just heaven.
